Ipamorelin, the first selective growth hormone secretagogue (Raun K et al., 1998)
This blend combines two growth hormone-related peptides: CJC-1295 (a growth hormone-releasing hormone, GHRH, analog) and Ipamorelin (a selective ghrelin receptor / GHS-R1a agonist).
The two peptides act on complementary pathways — CJC-1295 stimulates somatotrophs via the GHRH receptor, while Ipamorelin acts via the ghrelin receptor — and have been investigated together in research for synergistic effects on pulsatile growth hormone release without significant impact on cortisol or prolactin.
The blend is used as a research tool in studies of the somatotropic axis.
